Redfin is introducing a new feature to its blog: house porn!

Here is the most expensive house added to Redfin over the past seven days:

It’s on the east side of the Hunt’s Point peninsula that juts north of the Evergreen Point Floating Bridge.

6.95 million. 6 bedrooms, 4.75 bathrooms. A wine cellar. A guest cabana. Incredible landscaping. It last sold in 2003 for $4.84 million, but here’s the weird part: the year before that it sold for $5.2 million and even as far back as 2000, it sold for $4.9 million.

The property clicked on most often (461 times!) over the past seven days is a charming little Green Lake house (near Zoka, southeast of the lake, $449,450 for 2,170 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; no previous sales because it hasn’t been sold in the past ten years; prospective buyers encouraged to bring “contractors and toolboxes”)
