I&#039;ll only add that, in many cases, for employees it&#039;s pretty obvious when that axe is coming (lots of closed door meetings, make work projects with no end goal etc.)

I doubt many of the Jobster folks were surprised yesterday. If they were - then they probably weren&#039;t paying attention. 

For me, when the day finally came - it was a huge relief. The weight was finally off my shoulders. 

I just went home (there was no point in sticking around), sat in my back garden and soaked up the sunshine for a while and then went for a nice long bike ride. 

Life&#039;s all about capitalizing on opportunities, I guess.</description>
