Hey Glenn – Yet another fantastic and useful post. I’m surprised you left out “always stand even if you have the option to sit.” I heard you give that to more folks at Redfin than I can remember and always found it forced more energy and engagement from both the presenter and the audience.

That’s a fantastic list of tips.

I’d add “always check every slide of your presentation if you’re forced to use someone else’s PC”. I learned the hard way when my (over)complicated animations all appeared at once because the conference PC was running an old version or PowerPoint.
