		<description>I attended the discussion between you and Greg yesterday, and I was impressed with the sincerity of your ideals for making a positive difference in client service.  

Setting high standards for excellent client service with accountabilily and transparentcy within your company for your referral partners, thereby adding pressure for positive change in the industry is wonderful.
