		<description>Interesting piece but I add this; mortgage brokers still have to have their loan underwritten and funded by Countrywide, Wells Fargo etc.

The process isn&#039;t any quicker. I think some of the responses about mortgage brokers are really about correspondent mortgage bankers who 
can underwrite and process loans internally and then sell the loan after it funds to Countrywide or Wells.
