Volume is picking up all around the country. Nevada is setting records, Arizona also setting records for volume. The areas that declined the most are now selling the most at low prices. Some Las Vegas real estate is off 70% form the highs. Our area, in Bergen County NJ, has a different set of circumstances. We went up not percentagely as much but did not over build as much. We did build as much due to lack of land. We are not coming down as much either. The volume has pick up a lot here also and I think the prices are starting to hold to, at lower levels.
