		<description>The best business relationships are complimentary. It&#039;s arguable that the best relationships of any kind are such as well. Forget words du jour like synergy, conflict is needed and valuable. I&#039;ve seen VC guys be passionate, and I&#039;ve seen successful entrepreneurs be calculating and dull. In the end, as long as the balance is right, you&#039;ve got a fighting chance.</description>
