I've found this with (a very few) other apps, a bunch of five star ratings with effusive comments, and a couple of zero stars with no comments. One of the little things in life that makes me sad is that I don't ever want to move again, I like my house and am happy here, but that means I won't have a reason to use Redfin. You guys (especially Ernesto and Angela whom we worked with!) are excellent, and I'll have to download the Redfin iPhone app just to stay in touch with that zone of awesome. Like other reviews, users that delete the app usually give it low marks, and most who keep an app don't bother reviewing it...so there you have it. We work on wider scale than the I-Phone apps but I have a bunch of tips and tricks on how to pull in users who have really used your product. These verified users tend to overwhelm any one offs that you might get from people who are blasting you with one stars. You end up with real rating, the secret is volume.
