Regarding the lower sales volume in the Bay Area. I can confidently say that it is a result of low inventory. There is a feeding frenzy in the many areas and I am seeing homes sell with over 20 offers on them. In fact we are seeing some home buyers decide to pull out of the frenzy and not buy in the near future because of the current market conditions. Great information.
