According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian is selling her Beverly Hills home for $5 million dollars under a pocket listing, which doesn’t show up on public records. She purchased the property in March 2010 for $3.4 million, so if the rumors are true, she stands to make $1.6 million on the sale. Meanwhile, just down the road, Kanye West is also reportedly selling his L.A. mansion under a pocket listing. Kanye purchased the home in 2003 for $1.75 million. On May 6, 2010, he put it on the market for $3,995,000, but pulled it off the market after only seven days. The two homes have VERY different styles; Kim’s Tuscan-style mansion features fountains, chandeliers, and custom ironwork, while Kanye’s home has a modern, minimalist look.

Could this mean Kimye are planning to move in together? If so, it’ll have to wait until the end of this year, when Kim is finished with Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, which began filming  a couple weeks ago. After a few months of long-distance dating, the two may be ready to move-in together when Kim returns to L.A. If that’s the case, Redfin recommends these fabulous homes in the L.A. area, which span the middle between Kim’s lavish tastes and Kanye’s modern aesthetic.

Megan Mullally (from Will & Grace) and Nick Offerman (from Parks & Recreation) are selling this beautiful home, which was designed by Ames Ingham and has been featured in Elle Décor. It’s hard to picture Ron Swanson living in something so swanky! The house has a contemporary design, but with enough girly touches to keep Kim happy. It is completely walled and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring privacy for the couple. If Kim and Kayne choose this location, they’ll be neighbors with other A-List stars, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Jodie Foster, Matthew Perry, and Jennifer Aniston.

This home is currently owned by L.A.-based interior designer Angie Thornbury and is perfect for the two style icons. It has a mix of modern design and classic Euro styling that is sure to please Kim AND Kanye. Kim will love the wardrobe conveyor, while Kanye will appreciate the state-of-the art music and media room. The home is in a gated community and sits above helicopters’ flight patterns, ensuring the two will have plenty of privacy.

10664 BELLAGIO Rd

List Price: $34,500,000
Beds: 8
Baths: 16
Sq. Ft.: 20,000

This home is the most expensive on our list, but we’re pretty sure Kim and Kanye can afford it. After all, according to Forbes, Kim pulled in $18 million from May 2011 to May 2012, and Kanye earned even more – a whopping $35 million. The home is 20,000 square feet, with 8 bedrooms – enough for the entire Kardashian clan. The home may be a little flashy for Kanye’s taste, but he’ll be able to hold auditions for his next music video in the dance studio and store his car collection in the subterranean garage. Kim will love pampering herself in the resort-like spa and exercise room, and entertaining guests at the poolside interior cabana/game room. The gated and private compound overlooks the renowned Bel-Air Country Club, and would make a great spot for an outdoor wedding – just sayin’.
