Naya Rivera, who plays Santana, a sassy cheerleader on “Glee,” is moving on up! The 26 year old actress just bought a new home in Los Angeles for $2.6 million, and is in the process of selling her old home in Beverly Hills for $2.1 million.
Rivera’s new home has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and is nearly 4,200 square feet. It was built in 1938 and has a traditional East Coast style, complete with white picket fence! It features a wet bar, home theater, library, wine room and new pool, spa and deck. The master suite includes dual walk in closets to fit all of Rivera’s clothes, as well as a large balcony and master bath with soaking tub.
Her old home has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and is a bit smaller at 3,300 square feet. Rivera must be a fan of dual walk-in closets, because this home has that too. There’s also a library with a wet bar and kegerator. The backyard includes a completely remodeled salt water pool, Jacuzzi, and fire pit. She purchased the home on April 4, 2012, for $1,475,000, so she stands to make a lot from the sale!
Rivera’s mother, Yolanda Rivera, is a real estate agent at Keller Williams and represented her on both transactions.
