TV Producers Eric and Kim Tannenbaum List L.A. Home for $4.95M

Eric and Kim Tannenbaum House “Two and a Half Men” executive producers Eric and Kim Tannenbaum just listed their Los Angeles home for $4.95M. The dynamic duo purchased the home on May 9, 2003 for $3.15 million.

The Mediterranean estate was built in 2002 and spans more than 7,000 square feet, with five bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Details include a wrought iron gate, staircase and light fixtures, custom kitchen cabinetry, a foyer with a hand-painted dome, and a master bath with carved vanities and stonework. It is listed by Todd Baker of Coldwell Banker-Brentwood.

The husband and wife team made headlines when CBS ordered their new comedy series, “Ex-Men,” which will launch this fall. The show centers on a young guy who finds camaraderie living in an apartment complex full of divorced guys who are all looking for new partners. The main character will be played by Kal Penn, a former recurring guest star on “How I Met Your Mother.”
