Styx Guitarist and Vocalist Tommy Shaw Lists $5.523M L.A. Estate

Tommy Shaw, the guitarist and vocalist for Styx and Damn Yankees, just listed his Los Angeles home for $5,523,000. The 7,200 square foot compound is located in upper Beachwood Canyon, and comes with a two-story main house and two guest houses.

The main residence includes a master suite with giant walk-in closets, a balcony with spectacular views, and a bathroom with a sauna and a barber-shop style chair. There’s a music studio where Tommy can practice, a large kitchen, and solar panels on the roof. The grounds include a large pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue, an outdoor lounge area, and lushly landscaped gardens.

The home was featured on Season 5 of “Flipping Out,” the reality TV show on Bravo. Tommy’s wife, Jeanne, worked with Jeff Lewis to remodel the home in order to increase its value.
