Kanye is probably anxious to sell now that he and Kim Kardashian have purchased their new mansion in Bel Air. The couple has been extensively remodeling the place ever since they bought it in January for $9 million. The Tuscan-style home has five bedrooms, seven baths, and spans more than 8,600 square feet. It is located in a 24-hour guarded and gated community, offering privacy for couple and their new baby, North West.
Kim already offloaded her bachelorette pad in February. It sold for $3.6 million, which is more than what Kanye is asking for his place. Kim purchased the estate in March 2010 for $3.4 million.
