This is certainly not a funeral parlor!
“Six Feet Under” and “Dexter” star Michael C. Hall just listed his Los Angeles home for $4.5 million. According to the listing, the beautiful Spanish Colonial estate was built in 1923 and sits on the highly coveted street of Nottingham Avenue. The murderously charming gated compound has separate guest quarters, a three car garage and a fabulous outdoor swimming pool.
Hall plucked up this property back in 2013 for $3.825 million, the same year “Dexter” was wrapping up the show’s eighth and final season. While some of the characters Hall has played on screen seem to be a bit dark, there is nothing morbid about the interior of his abode. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home maintains an antique charm on the outside while keeping a chic and contemporary look on the inside. The wood-beam lined ceilings and neutral toned walls give the interior a cozy feel that even a psychopath could appreciate. Buyer beware, kill room not included.
But this isn’t the only drop dead gorgeous Spanish-style home this star has owned. Earlier this year Hall parted ways with another five-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom Hollywood Hills estate, equal in Spanish flair. He sold the 4,572-square-foot abode for $2 million in January.
