When you’re Neil Patrick Harris, you can be in a Tony-award-winning Broadway show in New York City and sell your home in California at the same time!

The “How I Met Your Mother” star unloaded his Sherman Oaks mansion for $2.995 million, just a few short weeks after putting it on the market. The actor scooped up the newly renovated property back in 2010 for $2.1 million, so Harris stands to make a pretty penny on the sale!

Harris, who is currently busy with the Broadway production of “Hedwig and the Angry Inch,” certainly has an impeccable sense of style, and that extends to his home décor! The applause-worthy interior of the home has calming neutral tones throughout, while other rooms display chic and funky wallpaper designs. The charming abode also has a stunning formal dining room with enough space to host ten or more people; the kitchen is just as incredible with top-of-the line appliances and a massive center island.  The 4,191-square-foot manse also has an outdoor pizza oven, shower and pool!
