In many ways, the satellite shot on the listing page is the most clear - the tracks practically abut the rear wall of the building.
Still, if you can tolerate the tremors (or if you keep odd hours - no trains run between 12:30am and 5am), that sticker price is nothing to scoff at.</description>

		<description>Be careful with Lindall Place. The subway runs through, oops I mean right behind this apartment. It’s new construction and they note that it has extra soundproofing but I have personally spent some time in a Lindall Place apartment and it would take a whole heck of a lot of soundproofing to eliminate the rumble from the train as it runs by at 15 minute intervals.</description>
