I&#039;d never really thought about it before, but I&#039;ve got lots of friends with stories in that vein. Boston&#039;s not known as a place where strangers say &quot;hi&quot; to each other on the street, but it&#039;s amazing how far you can get chatting people up in this town.

		<description>Here&#039;s a tale about the Heinz-Kerry house. I was strolling through the neighborhood right after  the nuns moved out and before the Kerry-Heinz family moved in. The construction workers were hanging out on the steps and said to my companion and I, hey want to see John Kerry&#039;s house? We went in and were given a personal tour of the place. It was pretty cool. I guess they&#039;ll never know. Except now that I&#039;ve posted it here....</description>
