I'd never really thought about it before, but I've got lots of friends with stories in that vein. Boston's not known as a place where strangers say "hi" to each other on the street, but it's amazing how far you can get chatting people up in this town. Sounds like a pretty decent tour.

I was strolling through the neighborhood right after the nuns moved out and before the Kerry-Heinz family moved in. The construction workers were hanging out on the steps and said to my companion and I, hey want to see John Kerry's house? We went in and were given a personal tour of the place. It was pretty cool. I guess they'll never know. Except now that I've posted it here.... Here’s a tale about the Heinz-Kerry house.
