It looks like 16 Parkman is a bi-level unit. It appears that part of it is on the first floor, but the bedrooms are on a basement level. It&#039;s kind of hard to tell from the listing. Either way, I take your point --- $700K for any subterranean bedrooms seems a tad too much to me. But just think how the owners must feel, they paid $746K for it!</description>
