Open Houses This Sunday, April 6th
Here are some really lovely places in Beverly hosting open houses on Sunday. No one ever seems to host them on Saturday; I don’t really know why, except that maybe traffic is naturally higher for agents on Saturdays???
Anyway….
From 11-1, everybody’s darling at 6 Story Avenue is open. $307k for a picture-perfect New England cottage.
From 11:30-1 check out this GIANT and very attractive house in prestigious North Beverly for only $389k. 90 Dodge Street
From 1-2:30 116 Essex Street is open. This is a big newly-renovated colonial you just have to see for $389,900.
