Price Reductions in Brookline and Brighton
The price of gas is going up. The price of food is going up. The cost of healthcare is going up. So what’s going down?
Not much — just most Americans’ real income, housing prices and probably your bank account. Oh, and also these properties…
11 Orkney Road, #11-2. Brighton. From $409K to $399K. Actually, this three bedroom condo started off in the mid-4′s last year. I guess a few months on the market helped the sellers get realistic.
1450-1454 Beacon Street, #842, #504, #103, #703. Brookline. A slew of 1 and 2 bedroom condos have just dropped in price again at The Warwick. Evidently, the developer is ready to get rid of these last few units. A one-bedroom unit has fallen $20,000 from $229K to $209K. A two-bed that started off at $435k has now fallen to $414,900.
15 Braemore, #5. Brighton. This one-bedroom condo has been on the market for a while, and started off above $255K. It’s recently been reduced to $249K.
8 Searle Street, #1. Brookline. From $525K to $509,100. This two-bed, one and a half bath has only been on the market about a month, but the price has dropped appreciably.
