Hello Anthony L,

I wish I read your comment before we headed out your way. I love lobster rolls, and my lunch was a huge disappointment. Next time we'll try Yankee Lobster.

Huge fans of the Seaport / Fort Point Channel Neighborhood....and its where the CondoDomain Corporate office is located!!!

No Name is quite a place...I usually make it there at least once a week, however, yesterday, I got a lobster roll @ the Yankee Lobster - YUM. Best $15.99 I spent all week and finally got a chance to sit outside and catch some rays.

No one's more of a fan of the Seaport District than I am, that's for sure. I am so excited, I plan on asking Mr Hines if I can buy one of the first 50 condos he puts on the market, in Seaport Square.

You'll have plenty of places to choose from for lunch. Food in the area is to "dine" for.

LOL!

Hi John-

I'm not much of a fan, but someone must like like the place. I always feel like I'm in Dallas or Phoenix when I'm over there: acres of asphalt surrounding every building. A car is needed just to get from one building to the next because that next-door neighbor is a half-mile away. I'm not happy we'll be driving the Dine and Dash. Dine & Drive(and Park) doesn't have the same ring.

I always assumed the Seaport District was the entire area and the Fort Point Channel area was a smaller, sub-neighborhood. A bit like Dorchester and Cedar Grove or Beacon Hill and the Flat of the Hill.

Enjoy your day. By which I mean, an hour.

I don't mean to be negative, but I think you'll find little to look at, in regard to real estate. Of the three buildings you mention, two have been around for years. Only Channel Center is new.

Also, two of the three properties you mention are in what neighbors call "Fort Point Channel", not the Seaport District. I feel it's okay to call the entire area "Seaport District" but I don't know how the neighbors feel.

They were a little miffed when I called the Fort Point Channel a "wind-tunnel vast wasteland of space".

I dunno.
