74 Beacon Street is a beautiful house, but that wallpaper has to go. Plus, I haven’t seen one of those old toilet bowls since the 70’s.

74 Beacon St will end up being called the “best home in Boston” by some publication or another … I think it is absolutely fantastic, based on those photos. I’m gonna go by, just to see it in person.

This is how they lived back when that street was all single-family homes, people!

Hi Bahn, Bostonians are known for being thrifty. Sometimes just plain-old cheap- even those who can afford a $15 million home. Wait… Especially those who can afford a $15 million home.

My guess: they paid a fortune for a designer to get the rooms that need help, but they didn’t want to pay a penny for someone to pick fabrics and pillows for a guest room.

Wow, check out 74 Beacon Street. I’ve never seen wallpaper that matches the couches that matches the bed covers. The tiled floor that extends in to the shower is cool too.
