		<description>I&#039;d rather see a tree preserved, too -- but people react badly to branches pulling shingles off the garage roof, etc.  

I have a friend whose neighbor cut down half an acre of old trees because they were worried about &quot;a branch falling on [their] daughter while she&#039;s playing.&quot;   I didn&#039;t say it was rational.... :)</description>
