		<description>The property at 48 Beacon St #1R has interested me since it went on the market over a year ago (it was rented in the interim).  I ask myself, why won&#039;t it sell for $778k after selling for $815k in 2005?  The best answer I can find is the $795/month condo fee.  Still it seems like a great deal.</description>
