With Labor Day weekend behind us and summer unofficially over, it’s time to turn our thoughts to serious matters— like the fall housing market.

This time of year, sellers sweep away their unwillingness to negotiate because they know if they don’t complete a sale before Thanksgiving, they may wait months for another buyer to come along.
