		<description>Well, they should take all those new development listings off the market because they&#039;re bringing down (by which I mean, up) the average &quot;days on market&quot; for the South End!

It only takes one buyer, as they say, and the owner of 118 West Newton obviously thinks one exists.  

Don&#039;t know anything about the Worcester St listing.

There is also a listing at 27 Rutland St that has been on the market for quite awhile and I think it&#039;s a surprise.  I love the interior and think it&#039;s wisely-priced.  The only negative I can think of is it feels narrow inside and there are a lot of stairs, but it&#039;s practically a single-family, it has direct-access parking, and it&#039;s a corner lot; what&#039;s not to love?</description>
