It only takes one buyer, as they say, and the owner of 118 West Newton obviously thinks one exists. Don't know anything about the Worcester St listing. There is also a listing at 27 Rutland St that has been on the market for quite awhile and I think it's a surprise. I love the interior and think it's wisely-priced. The only negative I can think of is it feels narrow inside and there are a lot of stairs, but it's practically a single-family, it has direct-access parking, and it's a corner lot; what's not to love?
