high rise towers block sunlight
from pale-chested men
poetics aside, i’d rather have the sun on the beach. high rise towers can grant amazing views, regardless if you’re half a block from the water, or 10 blocks from the water. let the suckers on the lower floors with a view inside their neighbor’s bedroom pay less, while the sea-faring high-ballers pay more.
chicago and its north suburbs are known and loved for the urban setting with a side of beach; no one wants sand that loses its sun at 6:00pm
