This Weekend on the Shore

It may be after Labor Day, but don’t start hating your life yet: Ravinia is still putting up performers, eating season is in full swing, and fall open houses are likely to have lots of goodies involved in the experience. On Saturday night, check out the River North Dance Company at Ravinia, then take a look at these open houses after a good Winnetka brunch. While there may be a bit of rain, you can expect some fall charm all around the neighborhood.

River North Dance Company is truly worth seeing, and features a world-class group of dancers (really, they tour the world). And the village of Winnetka is so cute, I just want to pinch its cheeks!
