Example text - &quot;While November and December’s data set new records for month-to-month price declines in Chicago at 2.8% and 3.0% respectively, January’s drop blew them both out of the water.&quot;  The percentage decline for January, month-to-month is shown as 1.5%.  How does that blow the November and December declines out of the water?  The index for Chicago stood at 137.16 in December and 130.80 in January, which I calculate to be a 4.6% decline. Am I missing something?</description>
