    A broker is selling the bank-owned home next door to me. He is not disclosing that we are part of Home Owners’ Association as well as yearly fees that we all pay. It has been brought to his attention four months ago that he has to change the listing to reflect this, and even the Association’s director has mentioned something to him about it. But, he has still not updated the MLS to reflect that. Is this considered illegal or fraud and, if so, is this kind of offense reportable to the Department of Real Estate (California)?
