This BevHills listing caught my eye because it was a pretty big one-time price reduction. It’s a three-bed, three-bath house, just over 2,000 square feet, and its seller just cut its asking price from $1,875,000 to $1,699,000.
Speaking of the seller, he/she will realize a nice profit on this property. Its last sale was in 1976, for $43,000. Maybe that’s why cutting the asking price by 10 percent wasn’t that hard to do.
