Past Sales: South Arcadia

As South Arcadia isn’t really a much used moniker (that I’m aware of), it falls to personal definition– mine being ‘anything below Duarte Rd.’ The area we’re looking at here is the South-East pocket of the city that some unique perks, location wise. Hugging the main thoroughfare of Baldwin Ave. provides convenient access to Santa Anita, the central Asian dining/commerce hub, and the one-two punch of both a Pavilions and Ranch99 supermarkets that will cover I imagine almost any grocery need. This location also puts you almost equidistant to the 10 and 210. Living here also means you can hit Pasadena and San Gabriel through local roads with greater ease than say, the east side of the city. “Location, location, location!” right?
