In mid-January this year, 13075 Pacific Promenade, #320 sold for an even $500,000. It’s a two-bedroom, two-bath condo – one of the Avalon homes. The homes of this development are based on neoclassical European architecture, the description says. The neoclassical architecture of Europe is characterized by detailed surface elements and borrows from Greek and Roman architecture.
