Westchester County

  • 8,334 homes were for sale, up 0.2% from June
  • The median list price was $528,000, down 0.3% from June
  • The median list price per square foot was $290/Sq. Ft., the same from June

Nassau County

  • 11,365 homes were for sale, down 1.3% from June
  • The median list price was $475,000, up 1.1% from June
  • The median list price per square foot was $303/Sq. Ft., up 0.3% from June

Suffolk County

  • 15,048 homes were for sale, down 0.7% from June
  • The median list price was $384,000, up 1.2% from June
  • The median list price per square foot was $245/Sq. Ft., up 1.7% from June
