In following my motto of “no condo left behind,” here’s a report on condos that have recently sold. As a condo owner myself, I’m always interested to see how the condo market is doing… and if is in line with trends for single-family residences. The properties below support the idea that condos are following the same trends as houses. They’re selling slower and a little below asking, but still selling.
