St. Patrick’s Day, It’s a Celebration…

…or is it? While today may be a day to celebrate for the Irish and an excuse for anyone to knock back a few green hard ones. It is hardly a day or time for real estate agents to celebrate. Hard times have fallen upon many agents. So much so, that a good amount of agents have left the industry all together. This flock to other industries is unfortunate, but was quite predictable. This is a time to celebrate for a few, but a time to rethink and restructure for many.
