Still Searching for Affordable Housing in Irvine

big-gang.jpg
The Bicycle Club of Irvine meets for Sunday social rides at
Deerfield Park located in Irvine’s El Camino neighborhood.

In my quest to find affordable housing in Irvine for families and individuals, I am going to highlight a few upcoming open houses. Here is what I have: Two three-bedroom condos in the El Camino area, an area that I wrote about recently (“El Camino Revisited: Price Reductions, New Listings & Open Houses“). And one two-bedroom condo in the adjacent Irvine neighborhood of Woodbridge (for more information on Woodbridge homes, see “Price Reductions “Inside the Woodbridge Loop“). This Woodbridge townhome is “inside the Woodbridge loop” and near one of the Woodbridge lakes. The ad says “Owner Must Sell.” I have a feeling that the El Camino homes are in the same boat, but I can’t say for sure. In any case, maybe one of these homes will fit your needs and pocketbook. If not, I’ll keep looking for affordable housing in Irvine and Costa Mesa.

For now, here are the locations and dates for these El Camino and Woodbridge homes:
