With the short sale class being such a hit last week, we’ve decided to hold the class once a month. Anyone who attended the last class can attest, I can talk about short sales until I’m blue in the face. With so much material to cover its hard to slow down and answer your questions, your very complicated and very interesting questions.
With that in mind, we’ve decided to host a happy hour next Thursday for everyone to swing by and talk about short sales, financing and whatever else you have on your mind.
Join us for a free drink and free appetizers at Olive and Ivy on June 9th. Weather permitting we’ll be on the patio otherwise look for us indoors hogging the bartender’s attention.
We’ll show up at 5:30pm and be there until 7:30pm, so feel free to drop by whenever. However if you show up at 5:30pm, you’ll get to help pick the appetizers.
