- 606 homes sold in July
- The median sales price was $295,250, down from $345,000 in July 2008
El Dorado County
- 228 homes sold in July
- The median sales price was $330,000, down from $390,000 in July 2008
Yolo County
- 234 homes sold in July
- The median sales price was $281,500, down from $290,300 in July 2008
