El Dorado County
- 183 homes sold, down from 214 in August 2008
- The median sales price was $310,000, down from $390,000 in August 2008
Yolo County
- 209 homes sold, down from 248 in August 2008
- The median sales price was $260,000, down from $312,250 in August 2008
