Catch Me if You Can

The San Diego real estate market is getting pretty lively.  The number of new listings and price reductions are plentiful.  The quality of homes on the lower end of the price scale are improving and more sellers look eager to play.  Buyers and sellers aren’t the only ones in the game either.  With a growing number of nuisance properties on their hands, lenders are getting creative in their efforts to unload.  Housing fears are subsiding as the crisis ages and we are getting more comfortable with the realities of the current cycle.  Hesitation still exists, but the mania is quieting down and a certain cautious optimism has taken its place.  Here are some newbies and reductions that just might make you want to pounce.
