Yesterday’s most-clicked property is again in West Seattle, this time in a brand new building, still under construction, with some sweet amenities.
The 1 bedroom/1 bath home is going to have just over 700 square feet and is listing for $284,950. Since there are hardly any pictures in the MLS listing, I went to the website put up by the builder: www.westseattlecondos.info. There’s an incredible amount of information there including a great gallery of how the project is progressing. From the looks of it, this is going to be a Belltown-quality new building complete with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, washer/dryer in the unit, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. I asked our office West Seattle residents about this project and here’s what they had to say:
Brand Spankin new and GREAT location. California is a main drag in West Seattle, but where these are situated you are less a 5 minute walk from the West Side nightlife with every store, bar & restaurant just down the street. They will also be conveniently located near the post office. Once you go Westside, you never go back.
While the price is a little high on a $/square foot basis for the neighborhood, it is complete new construction and that usually puts the price a little higher than the neighborhood average. This is a good location as well with each access to Fauntleroy and a block from the stop for the bus into town.
