Here are some interesting stats:
- Va-va-va-voom Vashon! A whopping 46.89% price increase over last year. Are people scooping up vacation property or living out there?
- In the Seattle area we’re not seeing huge price gains over this time last year and North Seattle has actually dropped about 6%.
- The East Side is still going strong with 10% appreciation over last year.
- The number of new listings is up about 50% across the board (except Vashon at half that) and the percent of pending sales is generally negative compared to last July.
