That little condo IS actually a pretty sweet deal for the tiny price. I grew up in the general area, a little farther northeast, and have a friend who owns one of the townhomes across Lake Easter also with lakefront – the lake is pleasant to float in on a summer’s day, tubes or petite kayaks make it all the more fun, but the condo pool is nice for a heated dip.

As a Thomas Jefferson alum, I was a little surprised at the high school listed, though. The only noise problem one might have in this area is FW district high school football games in the fall – Federal Way Memorial Stadium which serves all four HS is directly across the arterial street (but the condos are tucked back away from the street, so there’s some mitigation), and Federal Way High School itself (TJ’s arch rival) is two blocks away. This condo doesn’t feed into TJ – this is FW Eagle country, folks.

Other than that tiny flaw, it’s a pretty good area for decent unit at a great price. Excellent close buses and commute routes, too.
