Today I’m calling attention to price reductions among properties that carry “950” as the last three digits. No special reason; I like to amuse myself and, besides, it lent itself nicely to a rhythmic headline.
When collecting the info I ran across an interesting trend. People aren’t waiting long these days to adjust prices. Oh, there are still cuts made for homes that have sat for two or three months. But three of these cuts were made when the listing was less than a month old. One cut was made when the place had been on Redfin only 2 days! Now that’s someone who wants to get his or her house sold.
