Is the Rain Symbolic of the Real Estate Market?

Probably not- it’s probably just rain. Despite the winter weather in summer, we still had a big group at our home-buying class and Red Carpet Event last night in downtown Seattle.

One fellow from the Kirkland Google office was asking about buying new construction, and another guy was asking about buying in different school districts vs. sending the kids to private school. Adam Wiener, one of our lead Product Managers, showed off our new site and said people loved sorting and mapping Favorites, and wanted more pricing data.

    Whoa! Thanks Amanda. You alerted me to an error in the condo numbers- looks like I pasted the wrong ones into the post. Take a look again- the 7 Burien condos that sold are at about $183k on average. I checked through the house sales too and those are fine.
