I can’t decide whether it’s deeply helpful or just downright frustrating to know that a home is “coming soon” to the market.
Do you like to be so in-the-know that you know what’s coming before it’s arrived (as it were)? Or would you rather just find out about your next potential home when there’s a set-in-concrete open-house date attached to the details?
Realtors like to keep us on our toes I guess.
