I love the look of different roof levels scattered atop a house like the ones at 41060 Rosewalk Ct.
It has the look of an older home but it is 3 yrs. new. How do they do that? It starts out with a small living room to the left and a small dining room to the right. The kitchen is very big and open with that infamous kitchen island that I love. One whole wall has a built in hutch. Man, I sure could clutter that up with cookbooks and stuff. The eating area is almost all windows and the family room has a nice cozy fireplace. There’s also a cool utility closet that reminds me of the rabbit-hole in Alice in Wonderland. It appears to go on forever getting smaller and smaller.
The top floor, where the bedrooms are, has a very cozy feel to it. The hallway has hutch-like shelving built into it, room for more stuff, oh yeah! The laundry room is upstairs so no lugging dirty/clean clothes up and down stairs. I like that idea. I also like the fact that the garage sits at the back of the lot. I like having a driveway to park my car in.
This home is near the proposed railroad overpass construction going on near Washington Blvd. But, at $1,249,000 it could be a keeper.
