Do You Know the Way to San Jose?

If so, you might want to check out this new hot property at 1061 Woodbine Way. Now I don’t normally write about typical suburban ranch houses during my daily editorial posts, as that is pretty much what I see all weekend long, but I was very impressed by this home. Simple and immaculate from its street appearance, the interior is really nice. Living room with refinished hardwood floors and recessed lighting, a kitchen I could spend all day baking in, with its island and loads of counter space, three bedrooms, two baths, and a big backyard just waiting for a creative soul to give it some character. The one bathroom photo does show original tile, but for $789,000 and the direct savings from Redfin, you could spiff that up in no time. This same property on the Mid-Peninsula would probably be another $100,000. The drawback may be the elementary school, which has only 400 students and 16:1 student/teacher ration, but not the best test scores.
